I am so excited to bring you this unique opportunity to practice Yoga and Pilates in the beautiful, relaxing environment of Herm Island.  It doesn't matter whether you are experienced or a complete beginner, I will make the classes achievable for all levels.

There is also the chance to connect with Herm's natural environment, whether by sea swimming or mindful walking. Craft activities are on offer or simply curl up in front of the log fire with a good book - you do as much or as little as you like.
